1st Americare is seeking an LPN for the weekday shift to work with our clients. Candidate with a G-tube experience is preferred. The schedule for this case will be: Saturdays & Sundays 8am-6:30pm Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and evaluate patients' progress and adjust care plans accordingly
• Educate patients and their families on managing their conditions and promoting wellness
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• Experience with tube feeding and managing enteral nutrition
• Experience with G tube/Trach/Vent
• Knowledge of acute pain management techniques
• Familiarity with family planning services and counseling
• Knowledge of sterile processing techniques and infection control protocols
• Experience working with children in a healthcare setting
