Job Description
Looking for a Full Time LPN for a 16 hour (7am-11pm) shift for a PDN case in Williamsburg/Lanexa, VA requiring RN/LPN care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing physical examinations, and assisting with activities of daily living.
- Trach & G-Tube management proficiency.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs, symptoms, and changes in health status.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in electronic medical records.
Requirements:
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (RN) license in [VA].
- Experience in pediatric care preferred.
- Proficient in airway management techniques.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
