Job Description

Title:
Local Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location:
Saint Albans, VT 05478
Shift:
Day 3:00 PM to 11:30
PM Guaranteed Hours:
40 hours guaranteed per week
Duration:
8 -week contract
Pay:
$27.33/hr
Requirements:
Current and valid LPN/LVN license appropriate for the assignment. Every other weekend is required. Relevant LPN experience preferred. Radius Rule (miles) must be within 70 miles of the facility.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to residents according to individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as ordered and within LPN scope of practice. Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes to the RN, physician, or appropriate healthcare provider. Interested!
