Starting at $25-50/hr, with higher pay for LPN, RN, or additional certifications

Monday-Friday, daytime hours. No nights or weekends. About us Stowe Personalized Medical Care is a small, membership-based concierge practice where patients get real time with their physician and a care team that knows them by name. For years the practice has been built around Dr. David Bisbee's relationship-centered care, and that remains at its heart. Dr. Ilsley Colton, a board-certified family physician trained at UVM, is joining to lead the practice into its next chapter. That next chapter is what makes this role exciting. Alongside traditional concierge primary care, we're building out longevity-focused medicine, including new preventive protocols, regenerative therapies, IV therapies, and selected wellness services. You'd be part of shaping how those services work from day one. What you'll do Room patients, take vitals, and update histories and medication lists Perform venipuncture, and process lab specimens Assist with in-office procedures and new service lines as they launch Help with patient communication, scheduling, refills, and follow-up Help keep a small, high-touch clinic running smoothly What we're looking for MA certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent), or an active Vermont LPN or RN license Proficiency with phlebotomy (required) Warm, professional presence with an older, long-standing patient population Comfort with technology and interest in learning new systems Additional clinical skills welcome; we want you practicing at the top of your training, and your role will grow as the practice does Why join Top-of-market pay, with more for higher licensure Weekdays only: no nights, no weekends, no call Small team, reasonable patient volume, and time to do things right Front-row seat to building a modern, longevity-focused practice 90-day introductory period, after which full-time staff are eligible for benefits including health insurance and a 401(k) match Work in
