Make a significant contribution to the quality of life our residents by maintaining the highest possible quality and consistency Implement residents personal care plans, focusing on residents strengths, preferences and preferred routines Assisting in training and monitoring of medication care administration Demonstrate organizational skills around time management Monitor the performance of caregivers to assure quality care Educate residents and staff about health maintenance and disease prevention Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living $36.00 - $40.00/hour Depending on Experience $2/hour differential on
