Weekend Resident Care Manager (LPN) Weekend Position $35.00 to $60.00 per hour Are you an experienced LPN looking for a rewarding weekend opportunity where you can make a real difference? Join our team as a Weekend Resident Care Manager and play a key role in ensuring our residents receive exceptional, person-centered care. If you enjoy leading a team, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and building meaningful relationships with residents and families, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do
  • Coordinate and oversee resident care plans to ensure each resident receives individualized, high-quality care
  • Monitor resident conditions, complete assessments, and communicate changes with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
  • Provide leadership, support, and guidance to nursing staff while promoting a positive team environment
  • Serve as a trusted resource for residents and their families by providing updates and addressing concerns
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
  • Participate in quality assurance activities and help maintain excellence in resident care What We're Looking For
  • Current, active LPN license in the state of practice
  • At least 2 years of nursing experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or a similar healthcare setting preferred
  • Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and resident care planning
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize, problem solve, and work independently while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team Why Join Our Team?
