Job Description

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) -
Home Health Location:
Everett, WA Department/Specialty:
LPN Home Health Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00
PM Hours:
40 hours/week
Pay Rate:
$40 to $45 Hourly Requirements Current and valid Washington State LPN license . Previous home health experience preferred/required based on facility needs. HCHB (Homecare Homebase) experience is required. Ability to work independently in a home health environment. Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills. Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory. Must be available to cover a 50+ mile radius from the office as needed.
Pay:
$40.00 - $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Application Question(s): Do you currently hold an active LPN license in Washington State? How many years of recent Home Health experience do you have? Are you comfortable providing care independently in patients' homes? This position covers Snohomish County, primarily around Everett, with a territory of 50+ miles from the office. Are you comfortable traveling within this radius? Are you available to work Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM from 10/05/2026 through 01/03/2027?
