Role Overview:

As a School Nurse (LPN) you will, provide primary health care and emergency services to students and staff, promote wellness, and serve as a health resource within the school community. This role supports student success by addressing health-related barriers to learning.

Job Details:

4 hours per day, 4 days per week (Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri) 1:1 for a medically fragile preschool student. Bus Transportation is required. G-tube, wheelchair bound, toileting support needed

Key Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Provide first aid and emergency care. Monitor students with chronic conditions (e.g., asthma, diabetes, seizures). Conduct contact tracing and illness follow-ups. Support individualized health plans for students with special needs. Maintain accurate student health records. Ensure compliance with state health regulations and school policies.
