About Us:
At Home Staffing, LLC is locally owned and operated by two registered nurses who sought the need of dependable and passionate home health. Our home health agency is based in Tri Cities, Washington with expertise in the care of seniors, adults, and the disabled in the comfort of their home. We are seeking multiple Registered Nurses, who will work closely with our clients and their families to provide client centered care with a holistic approach.
Job Responsibilities NOC Shift:
Provide health care services in patients home Initiates the plan of care and necessary revisions Initiates appropriate preventive and rehabilitative nursing procedures Regularly re-evaluates the patients' nursing needs Prepares clinical and progress notes, coordinates services, informs the physician and other personnel of changes in the patient's condition and needs Provides patient and caregiver education Counsels the patient and family in meeting nursing and related needs
Job Requirements:
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. Current RN licensure the state of Washington Current BCLS certification. Current and valid Driver's license, issued in Washington state Sets priorities appropriately. Must pass a full background check One year of full-time experience as a registered nurse. (Preferred) Seeks assistance when necessary and utilizes interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively supervise others. Has basic computer proficiency.
