Job Description
Description The Recovery Village is seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our compassionate healthcare team. As an LPN, you will provide essential nursing care to patients struggling with addiction and mental health conditions, supporting their recovery through clinical and emotional care. You will work collaboratively with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care in a supportive environment. About Our Organization. This position supports one of the trusted behavioral health programs within the Advanced Recovery Systems family. Advanced Recovery Systems is the parent organization of The Recovery Village, Promises Behavioral Health, The Right Step, and The Ranch, bringing together established treatment brands with a shared commitment to expanding access to high-quality, evidence-based addiction and mental health care. While you may work primarily with a specific facility or brand, you will be part of a larger, growing organization focused on improving patient outcomes, supporting our employees and strengthening the communities we serve.
Requirements Minimum Qualifications:
- Valid LPN license required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain patient confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in behavioral health or addiction treatment.
- Additional certifications related to nursing or patient care.
Pay:
