Maintain exceptional cleanliness of property by performing daily, weekly and monthly deep cleaning tasks.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Promotes superior guest service. Maintains, and perpetuates a positive organizational culture according to the principles of the Spirit of Tâlícn and the Core Values of ilani. Responsible for deep cleaning tasks, including but not limited to, buffing, stripping, waxing and scrubbing floors. Responsible for operating high lift equipment for ceiling dusting. Sweep, mop, dust and vacuum all areas of the facility including special cleaning required by management. Removal and recycling of trash. Maintain floor cleanliness. Communicate inventory supply status to management. Maintains and perpetuates a positive organizational culture Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information Other duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD). Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment. Must possess excellent communication skills. Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours. Must be able to efficiently operate all ride on floor equipment, including buffers and scrubbers as well as high lift equipment. Must be able to lift up to 75lbs. Must be willing to work in a smoking environment. Must be willing to adhere to company health and safety measures.Work Shift:
