We are looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our clinics! Our LPNs greet patients and visitors, and assist with registration, appointment scheduling, and rooming of patients as necessary to maintain patient flow and clinic productivity. They provide patient education, and ensure accurate measurement and documentation of vital signs, height, weight, chief complaints, and vision and hearing screenings occurs by direct observation and routine auditing of medical records. They are responsible for accurate administration and documentation of injections including immunizations, TB screening, medications, and adverse reactions and response/reaction. Our LPNs are also accountable for provision of quality patient care, clerical support, staff duties and effective provider support to ensure excellent patient care and customer service. Plus, other duties as assigned. Qualifications Washington State Licensed Practical Nurse License. We encourage anyone with a relevant combination of education and experience to apply.
