42 weeks Job Summary Bethel School District is seeking Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for two full-time school nursing positions for the 2026-2027 school year . Both positions will be based at elementary schools and provide nursing support to students throughout the school day. This is a great opportunity for an LVN/LPN looking for a consistent Monday-Friday daytime schedule in a school setting. Responsibilities Provide nursing care and support to students in an elementary school setting. Assess student health needs and respond appropriately to illnesses, injuries, and medical concerns. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and school policies. Monitor students with ongoing or specialized healthcare needs. Maintain accurate and timely health records and documentation. Communicate effectively with students, parents/guardians, teachers, administrators, and healthcare providers. Support student health and safety throughout the school day. Follow district, state, and facility policies and procedures. Requirements Current Washington State LVN/LPN license required. License and required credentials should be in hand at submission when possible. If credentials are not in hand at submission, they must be issued prior to the start date. Previous school nursing experience is preferred but not required. Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and effectively in an elementary school environment.
