Job Duties & Responsibilities Provide direct patient care Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assist in discharge planning for patients. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers. Perform specimen collection processing and phlebotomy as needed. Assist in memory care programs and occupational health assessments. Support critical care initiatives by monitoring patient conditions and reporting changes. Utilize electronic health record systems such as Athenahealth and eClinicalWorks for documentation and patient management. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Qualifications Valid RN/LPN license in the state of practice. Proficiency in diagnostic evaluation techniques and discharge planning processes. Strong skills in specimen collection processing and ability to phlebotomize effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Compassionate approach to patient care with a focus on safety and quality.
