Job Description

PRN Nurse - LPN/RN Wood Violet Recovery is looking for PRN nurses (LPNs or RNs) to help support our clients in detox and stabilization. Flexible schedule, supportive team, and meaningful work!
Schedule:
6:00am-6:30pm OR 6:00pm-6:30am What You'll Do Intake assessments Monitor withdrawal symptoms Daily nurse assessments Administer meds Process/communicate labs Respond to medical concerns Coordinate with providers & clinical team Hospital transfers & nurse-to-nurse reports Documentation (HIPAA compliant) What You Need Active Wisconsin RN license CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain) Strong documentation skills Calm, organized, team-oriented Why Nurses Like Working Here Predictable flow from a central nurse station Training provided (behavioral health experience not required) Supportive, approachable leadership Meaningful client interactions Pay & Benefits Free meal with each shift Quarterly bonus opportunities Overnight shift differential Retirement plan Apply Today!
