As our MDS Coordinator , you will play a key role in assessing resident health, collecting and analyzing data, and developing individualized care plans that align with each resident's needs and expectations. This position is ideal for an experienced nurse who enjoys a combination of clinical and administrative responsibilities, with a focus on quality care and compliance. This position is full-time working Monday - Friday day hours.
Job Requirements:
Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing Previous MDS experience in long-term care is preferred Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills Job Responsibilities include but not limited: Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents Develop and update resident care plans Monitor patient care through assessments, observation, and medical record reviews Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure accurate documentation and effective care delivery Create and manage medical codes for billing and recordkeeping Why Choose Waters Edge Health and Rehab?
