$1806 per week Role Overview This LPN rotating‑shift contract is ideal for a flexible, reliable nurse who can deliver consistent, compassionate care across both day and evening shifts. You'll work closely with RNs and interdisciplinary teams to support patient treatment plans, maintain safety, and ensure accurate documentation throughout each shift. Key Responsibilities Medication administration following facility and state guidelines Patient assessments including monitoring conditions and reporting changes Wound care, dressing changes, and routine nursing procedures Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized patient environment Collaborating with clinical teams to support individualized care plans Accurate charting and communication with supervising nurses Contract Details 40 hours per week Variable evening and NOC shift Estimated gross pay: $1806 per week Extension opportunities may be available Requirements Active LPN license Current BLS certification Minimum one year of recent LPN experience preferred Ability to work variable shifts reliably Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills About Blair, WI Blair offers a friendly, small‑town environment with a supportive healthcare community.
