Key Responsibilities:
Deliver nursing care to inmates during night shifts Collaborate with security and healthcare teams to maintain safety and compliance Document assessments, treatments, and medication administration accurately Execute medication protocols and treatment plans as prescribed Report significant clinical or behavioral changes promptly
Qualifications:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) degree from an accredited program Valid LPN license in Wisconsin Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Minimum 2+ years of corrections and/or psychiatric nursing experience Experience working in a secure detention or correctional facility Proven ability to handle complex and challenging environments Ability to work night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM Comfortable working in a high-security correctional environment Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage difficult situations
