We offer short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing care to older adults. Our campus is conveniently located next to Community Memorial Hospital and Froedtert Menomonee Falls Hospital, and focuses on providing outstanding medical rehabilitation services to our community. AM:

6am-2:30pm

PM:

2pm-10:30pm

NOC:

10pm-6:30am $2 shift differential added to base rate for any PM or NOC shift worked $30-32.75 per hour, based on experience Eligible for Sign On Bonus Our Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides prescribed medical treatment under the general supervision of a registered nurse. Active CPR Knowledge and/or experience in geriatrics.
