Job Description

The CMA/LPN performs administrative and clinical duties under the direction of a physician. The CMA/LPN assesses patients' health problems and needs, develops and follows protocols, maintains medical records, administers nursing care to patients as necessary, and may advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention. This position is a 0.8 FTE (32 hours per week) and will require travel to Oshkosh & Green Bay locations.
Education and Experience:
High school graduate or GED required. Medical Assistant/LPN Technical Diploma required. CMA Certification/LPN License required. Previous hospital/clinic experience preferred. BLS CPR certification required.
