Join Our Team The Medical Suites at Oak Creek is seeking a motivated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse's (LPN) to join our dedicated care team. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the Director of Nursing and Nurse Managers to deliver high-quality care that enhances the lives of our residents. Key Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments Monitor and assess residents' vital signs and overall health Provide direct nursing care and support Communicate effectively with residents, families, and care teams Ensure compliance with care standards and regulations Available Shifts 12-hour shifts 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Weekend and shift differentials available Qualifications Active Wisconsin LPN license Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Passion for working with the aging population Excellent communication abilities Willingness to work rotating weekends Why Join Us?
