Role:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Oconto Health and Rehabilitation Center, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of residents, providing high-quality care and support to meet their individual needs. You will be responsible for administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and supporting resident care plans and clinical documentation. You will also lead and guide CNA staff, promote resident safety and comfort, and collaborate with Nurse Managers and the interdisciplinary team.

Requirements:
