We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to become a valued member of our growing team. What You'll Do 0.5 FTE. 40 hours bi-weekly 10-hour shifts with every other Saturday and every other holiday scheduled Flexible, unit-specific scheduling—no fixed or permanent schedules
Clinic Location:
Onalaska What You'll Need High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 6 months patient care experience Current BLS CPR certification LPN role: LPN licensure to practice in the State of Wisconsin Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT) certification required What You'll Get Starting pay at $19.05 per hour for Certified Hemodialysis Technicians and $24.09 per hour for LPNs, with additional compensation for experience Shift differentials: $1.00 for PM shifts, $2.00 for night shifts, and $1.50 for weekends We offer top-notch benefits: 401(k) with matching, paid time off, competitive health insurance, wellness programs to keep you and your family healthy, tuition reimbursement, and more Career Growth/CDC - Growth opportunities and access to Emplify Health's Career Development Center to help you navigate your career Emplify Health, a partnership of Bellin Health and Gundersen Health System, is a leading not-for-profit, patient-centered healthcare network based in Green Bay and La Crosse, Wisconsin.
