Job Description
Licensed Practical Nurse/LPN, Full-Time, 1.0 FTE Night Shift, Racine, WI Community Care is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses/LPNs who are committed to teamwork and providing great care to become a part of our compassionate caregiving team. We are offering rewarding opportunities to provide care and service in peaceful, tidy and a well-supplied residential setting that is home to a sister community we serve. The Licensed Practical Nurse/LPN provides nursing care and services for our residents. This is a full-time opportunity on our day shift for Racine - Belle City, 5200 Washington Ave., Racine, WI 53406.
Licensed Practical Nurse/LPN Job Responsibilities:
Work in collaboration with other nursing staff to coordinate and provide direction of care during weekday operations. Serves as coordinator of care for scheduled weekend and holiday shifts. Ensures care and service delivery are in conformance with regulations, policies, procedures, and standards, established by Community Care, the Program for all-inclusive Care for the Elderly and the State of Wisconsin.
Licensed Practical Nurse/LPN Job Requirements:
Education:
Diploma from accredited program in practical nursing required.
Licensure:
A current Wisconsin Licensed Practical Nurse/LPN license in good standing
Certification:
Current CPR/AED certification
Licensed Practical Nurse/LPN Job Schedule:
Hours of Operation, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (40 hours per week)
primary work is in clinic but will need to make home visits also
