Arctic Chiropractic West Mat-Su is looking for a dependable, patient-focused Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our growing multidisciplinary healthcare team. This is an excellent opportunity for an LMT who enjoys therapeutic, outcome-focused massage and wants to work alongside chiropractors, physical therapy, corrective exercise, and other conservative healthcare services as part of a patient's overall treatment plan. Compensation & Benefits $50

• 65 per massage hour, DOE Paid per massage performed We want our LMTs focused on providing excellent patient care—not spending their time washing sheets and stocking supplies.

4:00-7:00 PM This position currently offers approximately 12.5 available massage hours per week , with the potential for additional hours in the future as our clinic continues to grow. More Than Just a Massage Appointment At Arctic Chiropractic West Mat-Su, massage therapy is an important part of our patients' overall treatment plans. Our LMTs work collaboratively with our chiropractors, physical therapist, Chiropractic Assistants, and other massage therapists to provide therapeutic, medically focused massage care based on each patient's diagnosis, treatment plan, and functional goals. This is not a traditional spa environment. Our massage therapists are valued members of the clinical team and play an important role in helping our patients recover, improve function, and maintain their progress. What You'll Do As one of our Licensed Massage Therapists, you will: Provide professional, therapeutic massage within your scope of practice Review each patient's treatment plan and provider-directed priorities before treatment Tailor treatment to the patient's clinical needs and established plan of care Collaborate with chiropractors, physical therapy, Chiropractic Assistants, and fellow LMTs Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our electronic health record Communicate relevant findings, changes, or concerns to the treating provider Help patients understand how massage therapy supports their recovery and functional goals Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming treatment environment Provide a consistently exceptional patient experience Who We're Looking For Our ideal LMT is: Currently licensed as a Massage Therapist in the State of Alaska Available for the afternoon/early evening schedule listed above Reliable, punctual, and committed to their scheduled patients Comfortable working in a busy, team-oriented healthcare environment Interested in therapeutic and medically focused massage Able to follow established treatment plans while using appropriate professional judgment Comfortable communicating and collaborating with other healthcare providers Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused Willing to learn, receive feedback, and continue developing their clinical skills Someone who genuinely wants to be part of a team—not simply rent a room and work independently Experience in chiropractic, physical therapy, rehabilitation, injury care, or another healthcare setting is a plus, but the right attitude, professionalism, reliability, and willingness to learn are equally important.
