Job Description
Role and Responsibilities Greet Customers Answer questions politely and promptly Help put away any clean laundry Offer customer ice water Perform 20-minute full body Swedish massage for customer. Some customers will request a double massage which is just an additional 20-minutes. Once completed offer water again Put dirty laundry in provided carts Spray table down with Sani-spray Lay down new linens Go get customer making sure to grab corresponding ticket, do not get customers from showers if we have wait times. Use the sign in sheets and get the next person that is up Keep your room/cooling rooms/hallway clean and sanitized Notifying management when massage lotion is running low Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
