How You'll Contribute:
Are you passionate about helping others regain their strength and mobility? We're looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dynamic care team. In this role, you'll work under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist, delivering personalized treatment plans that help patients recover, maintain, and improve their physical function.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement individualized treatment plans using a variety of therapy techniques and modalities Monitor patient progress and communicate updates or adjustments to the supervising therapist Document care services and patient outcomes with accuracy and clarity Educate patients and their caregivers about physical challenges and therapeutic goals Support discharge planning, including equipment recommendations and community resource referrals Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the highest quality of patient care We're looking for someone with strong communication skills, clinical insight, and a heart for patient-centered care. Qualifications and requirements:
Associate's degree Required; Graduate of a Program in Discipline Required Physical Therapy Assistant in the
State Certifications:
