Licensed Massage Therapist Integrity Pain and Wellness - 3.3 Mesa, AZ Job Details Part-time From $40 an hour 2 hours ago Qualifications In-person patient scheduling Trigger point release Massage Therapy License Licensed Massage Therapist Full Job Description Massage Therapist (Neuromuscular / Medical Setting) Mesa, AZ We're looking for a licensed massage therapist to join our team in a medical pain management setting. This role is part of our neuromuscular therapy (NMT) and myofascial work for the patient's treatment plan. This is a clinical environment, not a spa. Our patients are being treated for chronic pain, spine conditions, and muscle-related issues, so the work is more targeted and outcome-based.
Schedule Tuesday:
7:00 AM - 3:30
PM Friday:
7:00 AM - 12:30 PM Additional days may be offered to accommodate patients Compensation $20 per completed session Average session length: ~15-20 minutes This is a 1099 contract position Therapists average $50-60+ per hour based on volume. There's additional earning potential depending on schedule and efficiency. Patient Volume We aim to schedule 18-25 patients per day per therapist . Patients are already established within the practice and approved for therapy, so schedules are typically full and handled primarily by our staff. What the role looks like Perform neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, and trigger point work Apply hydrocollator heat packs after treatment. Keep a steady pace throughout the day with structured appointments Complete brief templated documentation and move to the next patient Once you're in the flow, the schedule is consistent and predictable. Responsibilities Deliver consistent, quality therapy within scheduled time blocks Stay on schedule and maintain patient flow Assist with rescheduling no-shows when needed Help with outreach to patients who are approved for therapy Qualifications Active Arizona Massage Therapy License Experience with or interest in myofascial work Comfortable working in a structured, higher-volume setting Reliable and professional Experience in a medical or pain management setting is a plus, but not required. Additional Information Patients are scheduled through the clinic Established patient base with consistent demand Multiple locations and treatment rooms to support steady workflow
