Responsibilities Perform professional massage therapy sessions, including deep tissue and trigger point therapy. Assess guest needs and tailor treatments accordingly. Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment. Educate guests on wellness practices and post-treatment care. Document treatments accurately in accordance with medical standards. Collaborate with the spa team to ensure a seamless guest experience. Uphold the highest standards of customer service and professionalism. Stay updated on new massage techniques and industry best practices. Qualifications Has reliable transportation is a must. Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist. Current Liability Insurance Proven experience in patient service, with a focus on therapeutic massage techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy. Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy. Experience in pain management and occupational health is preferred. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to assess patient needs accurately. Prior med spa experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with aesthetic or wellness treatments.
