What We Are Looking For We are seeking responsible, self-motivated, and collaborative Licensed Massage Therapists (LMTs) who take pride in their craft and are passionate about promoting healing and relaxation. Because this is an independent contractor role with minimal on-site supervision, strong self-management and time-management skills are essential.

Scheduling Priority:

Providers with evening and/or weekend availability are strongly preferred, as these represent our busiest, most requested peak hours.

Key Responsibilities Customized Care:

Deliver high-quality, professional massage sessions (including deep tissue, Swedish, trigger point, prenatal or other specialized modalities) tailored to individual client needs.

Exceptional Client Experience:

Build strong rapport, listen to specific guest concerns, and recommend targeted treatment plans.

Streamlined Workflow:

Manage appointment flow efficiently using our booking software ( experience with Vagaro is a major plus).

Workspace Excellence:

Maintain a pristine, sanitized, and welcoming treatment room in accordance with OSHA standards, local health regulations, and spa protocols (including resetting shared spaces).

Qualifications & Requirements Licensure:

Active and valid Arizona State Massage Therapy License in good standing.

Experience:

Proven proficiency in various massage modalities (Deep Tissue, Swedish, etc.) backed by a stellar commitment to guest service.

Technical Skills:

Familiarity with salon/spa booking platforms (Vagaro preferred).
