Our senior therapists maintain full schedules and waitlists, and we're looking for an experienced Licenced Massage Therapist to step in and care for both overflow clients and new clients eager to join the practice. The right therapist will have a history of rebooking and keeping clients loyal through consistent, high-quality work. Responsibilities Provide therapeutic massage sessions tailored to each client's needs, using modalities such as deep tissue massage, triggerpoint, myofascial,sports, prenatal or similar techniques. Build trust and rapport with clients, encouraging rebooking and long-term care Conduct thorough client assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans. Manage session flow and timing to ensure clients receive a consistent and professional experience. Maintain accurate records of treatments and client progress. Handle client checkout and rebooking when needed-ensuring seamless service from start to finish. Deliver excellent customer service with clear, professional communication. Stay updated on anatomy knowledge, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy. Ensure a clean and safe environment for clients before, during, and after treatments. Experience Active CAMTC certification required. Minimum 3 years of massage therapy experience preferred. Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology as it relates to massage therapy. Demonstrated history of rebooking and maintaining a loyal client base strongly preferred. Proven reliability, professionalism, and ability to manage a steady schedule. Comfortable assisting with client checkout and scheduling.
