Opening this fall in West Hollywood, the club combines private training with a full recovery suite — red light therapy, hyperbaric oxygen, body composition scanning, and wellness treatments. We're hiring our founding massage therapy team. What You'll Do Provide deep tissue, sports, recovery, and Swedish massage for members and training clients Work with our coaching team to support client recovery, mobility, and performance Maintain a clean, professional treatment space Document client notes and contraindications accurately and confidentially Requirements Current CAMTC certification — required 2+ years of professional experience; sports, medical, or spa background preferred Strong deep tissue and athletic recovery skills Professional, client-focused presence Adherence to client confidentiality standards Professional liability insurance required Compensation & Benefits $50-$70 per hour depending on experience, plus gratuity Brand-new facility with premium recovery equipment Steady client base — no need to build your own book Access to club training and recovery amenities Growth opportunities as RPT expands RPT Operating, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
