Bistro & Bar , as well as select catered events at the Pacific Design Center and other event locations. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals looking to pick up high-quality shifts alongside another job or commitment. Shifts are scheduled in advance but vary based on events and business needs, so strong evening and weekend availability is essential. What You'll Do Support bartenders by keeping bars stocked, clean, organized, and ready for service Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, glassware, ice, garnishes, napkins, and other bar supplies throughout the shift Assist with bar setup, breakdown, cleaning, and resetting before and after service Collect and polish glassware, remove trash and recycling, and maintain clean work areas Help with guest-facing service as needed, including food running, bussing, and other front-of-house support Communicate clearly with bartenders, captains, managers, servers, and culinary teams Follow all food safety, alcohol service, and company policies What We're Looking For Prior barback, bartender, restaurant, catering, or event-service experience preferred Strong sense of urgency and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment A polished, professional, team-first attitude Comfortable with physically active work, including lifting cases, carrying ice, moving kegs or equipment as needed, standing for long periods, setup, breakdown, and cleaning duties Reliable transportation and availability for nights, weekends, and occasional late shifts—sometimes as late as 3:00 AM Flexibility to pick up scheduled shifts as business needs arise Food Handler Card and Responsible Beverage Service certification, where required If you enjoy the energy of a busy bar or event and take pride in keeping service running smoothly behind the scenes, we'd love to hear from you. oEcOxf5rmE
