At GetUFit, massage isn't a one-size-fits-all experience. We believe every massage should be personalized around the individual—their body, their needs, and how they want to feel. We're looking for someone who shares that philosophy and takes pride in creating an exceptional, personalized experience for every client. What We're Looking For Experience is preferred, but we're open to newly certified massage therapists who have excellent technique, a unique and intuitive touch, and a natural ability to connect with clients and tailor each massage to their individual needs. Professionalism, reliability, and a genuine passion for helping people feel their best are essential. Experience with specialty services such as cupping and lymphatic massage is a plus and provides additional earning opportunities, but is not required. What GetUFit Provides We want our therapists focused on what they do best—taking care of their clients. GetUFit provides the private treatment space, linens, massage oils and lotions, doTERRA essential oils, scheduling and appointment-management systems, and the supplies and resources needed to provide services. There are no additional supply costs to the therapist. Compensation This is a commission-based independent contractor position. Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and services performed. Therapists qualified to provide higher-priced specialty services, such as cupping and lymphatic massage, have additional earning potential. Tips are additional. Qualifications Current CAMTC certification in good standing Excellent massage technique and commitment to personalized client care Professional, dependable, and client-focused Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain a clean, peaceful, professional treatment environment Cupping and/or lymphatic massage experience is a plus, but not required Clients introduced to the therapist through GetUFit are GetUFit clients and are to be serviced through GetUFit. Therapists may not solicit GetUFit clients for private or off-site services outside of GetUFit.
