Job Description

Job Summary:
Our company is seeking a skilled massage therapist to provide personalized massage services. As a Personal Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing client needs, developing personalized massage plans, and providing high-quality massage services to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess client needs and develop personalized massage plans based on their requirements and preferences.
  • Provide professional massage services using various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and prenatal massage, among others.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment, including massage table, linens, and equipment.
  • Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy, and recommend additional sessions or techniques as necessary.
  • Keep accurate and updated records of clients' progress, treatment plans, and preferences.
  • Uphold the ethical standards and codes of conduct for massage therapists.
  • Attend professional development and training sessions as required.
Qualifications:
  • A valid license or certification in massage therapy.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of various massage techniques and their benefits.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
