About Skin Dream Lab:
Skin Dream Lab is a luxury day spa specializing in advanced skincare, Hydrafacial treatments, scalp health, corrective facials, and wellness-focused experiences. Our mission is to help clients look and feel their best through results-driven treatments delivered in a relaxing, elevated environment. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and passionate Massage Therapist to join our team and help expand our wellness offerings. Position Overview We are looking for a licensed Massage Therapist who is passionate about wellness, relaxation, stress relief, and providing exceptional client experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience performing relaxation and therapeutic massage and preferably have training in wellness-focused lymphatic drainage techniques that support circulation, relaxation, and overall well-being. This position is not intended for post-operative recovery massage services. Responsibilities Perform customized massage treatments based on each client's goals and needs Deliver exceptional relaxation and therapeutic massage services Provide wellness-focused lymphatic drainage treatments (preferred) Perform scalp, neck, shoulder, and tension-relief massage techniques Conduct thorough consultations and review client health histories Educate clients on treatment recommendations and wellness benefits Maintain accurate treatment notes and documentation Uphold Skin Dream Lab's luxury service standards and client experience Maintain treatment room cleanliness, sanitation, and organization Assist in promoting wellness services and membership offerings Collaborate with the Skin Dream Lab team to create a seamless guest experience Preferred Qualifications Active California Massage Therapy Certification (CAMTC) Minimum 1 year professional massage experience preferred Experience in Swedish, relaxation, therapeutic, or wellness massage Certification or training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) or wellness-based lymphatic massage preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Strong attention to detail and client care Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
