Apply knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to ensure safe and effective therapy sessions. Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend ongoing treatment options for pain management and occupational health. Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, patient responses, and progress notes in compliance with health regulations. Ensure a welcoming environment by delivering excellent patient service and fostering positive client relationships. Stay current with industry best practices and expand expertise through continuous learning in med spa techniques and wellness trends. Requirements Proven experience as a Massage Therapist with proficiency in deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy. Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to therapeutic massage. Demonstrated ability to assess patient needs accurately and develop personalized treatment plans. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction and comfort. Knowledge of occupational health principles and experience working in a med spa setting is preferred. Certification from an accredited massage therapy program and valid licensing or registration as required by local regulations.
