Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a seasoned CNC Lathe Machinist with strong problem-solving skills to join our team. The successful candidate will independently perform complex setups, operate will minimal supervision, and consistently produce parts to prints. Duties Set up and operate CNC lathe machines, ensuring optimal performance and precision. Interpret mechanical blueprints, technical drawings, and manufacturing specifications to produce accurate parts. Program CNC lathes using G-code and M-code. Run production on CNC lathes while holding tight tolerances. Conduct machine calibration, tooling setup, and adjustments to achieve tight tolerances. Perform quality inspections using precision measurement instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify part dimensions and surface finishes. Maintain detailed documentation of machining processes, measurements, and inspection results for quality control records. Maintain a clean and organized work area. •Dual Turret experience a plus.
