ABOUT THE ROLE
We're seeking a sports/medical massage therapist who doesn't just have the experience, but genuinely loves the craft. At The Recovery Zone, client experience is our top priority. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to put their skills to real use. Our mission is to restore wellness, full circle. In this role, you should be able to assess a client, explain pain patterns and corrective movement in language they actually understand, and back your hands-on work with a clear "why." We're building a clinical team that thinks, not just presses buttons. Your ability to deliver personalized care that meets each client's individual needs is essential, and so is maintaining a clean, welcoming, and professional space that reflects our five-star standard. TRAINING & GROWTH
Your training with us is hands-on and personalized, and we'll support you every step of the way. Growth is built into the role. You'll have structured performance reviews at 30, 60, and 90 days, plus ongoing quarterly reviews after that, to keep your development on track and give you a clear runway forward.
REQUIREMENTS
Certified Massage Therapist through CAMTC 2 to 4 years experience preferred (open to all levels) Proficient in medical SOAP note documentation Able to perform basic movement assessments and articulate findings to clients Working knowledge of pain management principles and corrective movement strategy Firm to deep pressure capable — our clientele is athletes, veterans, and high performers, not a relaxation crowd Comfortable working the floor and building rapport with gym members (this clinic is located inside a training facility — visibility and presence are part of the role)
PREFERRED / PLUS
Experience or comfort working with veteran clients NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) Stretch Therapy experience Personal training background
SCHEDULE
Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 8 PM. Saturday and Sunday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
DETAILS Paid Training Job Type:
Part-time / Full-time (Full-time potential based on caseload growth)
Pay:
$35.00 to $50.00 per hour (based on experience and service line) +
Tips Expected Hours:
15 to 30 per week, with room for immediate growth as capacity expands
