Job Description
About Us We are an acupuncture and integrative medicine clinic in Oakland, focusing on fertility, pain management, common internal medicine conditions and rehabilitative care. We are looking for a licensed massage therapist to join our collaborative team. Compensation
- 40% commission on service revenue (e.g., patient pays $150, you earn $60)
- Guaranteed minimum of $17.50/hour - whichever is higher per pay period
- Your actual pay = the greater of (total commission earned) or (total hours worked × $17.50) for each pay cycle
- This means you earn more when busy, and have a secure base when slower. Requirement
- Valid California Massage Therapy Council (CAMTC) certification
- 1+ year experience in clinical or therapeutic massage preferred
- Ability to collaborate with acupuncturists on patient treatment plans
- Strong communication and professional ethics Schedule
- Part‑time, flexible shifts
