Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Perform massage therapy techniques to treat clients' specific needs and conditions
• Assess clients' medical history, symptoms, and desired outcomes to develop personalized treatment plans
• Apply knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology to inform treatment decisions
• Utilize various massage techniques such as deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and acute pain management
• Provide pain management and relief for clients with chronic or acute conditions
• Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including treatment plans and progress notes (SOAP notes)
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology
• Proficiency in medical terminology related to massage therapy
• Ability to assess patients' needs through patient assessment and physical examinations
• Expertise in various massage techniques, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy
• Understanding of pain management principles and techniques
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and healthcare professionals
