Massage Therapist - Join the Recovery Experts at Active Bodywork Active Bodywork is looking for experienced massage therapists to join our performance driven team. We're not your typical massage clinic. We work with professional athletes, active individuals, and people serious about recovery and results. We work with clients who want to get out of pain. With a client base that includes members of the Sacramento Kings and other high performing individuals, our focus is on helping people move better, feel better, and perform better.

What Makes Active Bodywork Different:

We are hiring for our Arden location. One-on-one, customized sessions built around functional recovery Tools that go beyond the table: cupping, RockTape, scraping, Hypervolt, Normatec boots, sauna, and cold plunge A collaborative team culture, we work together, learn together, and grow together High-level clientele and a steady flow of motivated clients Ongoing training to refine your skills and enhance your value We focus on getting clients out of pain

The Role:

Deliver therapeutic bodywork focused on recovery, mobility, and performance Use your knowledge of soft tissue conditions and injuries to build personalized treatment plans Collaborate with a team of therapists and movement specialists to deliver results Keep accurate SOAP notes and treatment records Represent the brand professionally online and in person

We're Looking For:

A California-certified massage therapist Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience, ideally in sports or therapeutic massage Strong communication and client care skills Solid understanding of treatment planning and recovery focused work A good teammate who values professionalism and a positive work environment

Bonus Points If You:

Have experience with MindBody Are comfortable being part of our social media presence (photos, videos, demos) Are an athlete or fitness enthusiast who understands the needs of active clients
