We are seeking an energetic, compassionate, and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our collaborative healthcare team. Position Summary We are looking for a motivated self-starter to work alongside our chiropractors and recovery specialists in providing top-tier rehabilitative healthcare. In this role, you will deliver targeted therapeutic massage, help manage musculoskeletal conditions, and empower patients of all ages on their journey to natural healing. Key Responsibilities Deliver customized therapeutic manual therapies (deep tissue, neuromuscular, trigger point, myofascial release) to reduce pain and improve mobility. Collaborate closely with our chiropractic team to support individualized patient care plans. Maintain clean, tranquil, and compliant treatment spaces. Communicate effectively with patients to understand their needs, track progress, and educate them on holistic wellness. Maintain timely, accurate patient documentation and uphold strict confidentiality (HIPAA).
Qualifications & Skills Certification:
Active California Massage Therapy Council (CAMTC) Certification required.
Clinical Focus:
Strong background in anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics. Neuromuscular technique experience is highly preferred.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional interpersonal skills, time management, and a patient-first mindset.
Languages:
English required. Bilingual abilities in Spanish or Mandarin are a strong plus. Why Join
