Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and skilled Massage Technician (Legit) to join our dynamic wellness team. In this role, you will deliver professional massage therapy services designed to promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being for our diverse clientele. Your expertise will help clients achieve their health goals through personalized treatment plans, utilizing a variety of massage techniques. Duties Perform a wide range of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, trigger point therapy, prenatal massage, and occupational health massages tailored to individual client needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand specific pain points and develop customized treatment plans Communicate clearly with clients about their comfort levels, treatment goals, and post-massage care instructions Maintain detailed records of each session, including techniques used and client feedback Apply physiology and anatomy knowledge to identify musculoskeletal issues and recommend appropriate therapies Stay current with industry best practices and certifications such as CPR and medical terminology updates Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all clients by adhering to hygiene standards and safety protocols Skills Strong patient service orientation with excellent client communication skills Proficiency in various massage modalities such as Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and deep tissue techniques Deep understanding of physiology, anatomy, and pain management principles Ability to perform patient assessments accurately to tailor treatments effectively Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and occupational health practices Experience with client education on self-care strategies post-massage session Join us if you're eager to bring your passion for healing and wellness into a role that values your expertise! Pay:
$30.60 - $50.00 per hour
