Martis Valley Massage & SPA is a therapist-run boutique day spa and apothecary in Truckee, California, next to Raley's O-N-E. We're seeking skilled massage therapists who love their craft and want to help clients feel better through thoughtful, personalized care. We have a large, welcoming team—and a busy spa to match. Our team's size reflects the demand for our services. We're looking for therapists to support our busy Fall/Winter season and build lasting relationships with our clients.

Current openings:

Evening shifts, 3-8 p.m., seven days a week One Sunday daytime shift, 9 a.m.-3 p.m. A workplace rooted in wellness We believe caring for our clients starts with caring for our team. Our studio was designed with therapists in mind, from electric lift tables in every massage room to 15-30-minute breaks between massages , giving you time to reset, prepare your space, and take care of yourself. Our expanded spa features five massage rooms, two skincare rooms, four nail stations, lockers, showers, an immersive hot tub, cold plunge, and infrared sauna. We bring together therapeutic bodywork and restorative wellness experiences in a warm, personal setting. We love our team, and we work together to keep this a place people enjoy coming to. Therapists and front desk staff support one another, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive, lighthearted, encouraging atmosphere. Our focus is on building a strong, returning clientele so you can get to know your clients, understand their wellness goals, and support them over time. What we're looking for A skilled massage therapist with a passion for personalized care A commitment to helping clients work toward their wellness goals A professional appearance and demeanor A kind, dependable teammate who communicates well Availability for weekends and at least one evening shift, 3-8 p.m. Ability to commute reliably in snowy winter conditions What you'll do Arrive on time, keep appointments on schedule, and give each client thoughtful, personalized care. Listen to clients' needs, tailor treatments to their wellness goals, and offer helpful guidance. Build warm relationships with returning clients and make every guest feel welcome. Follow spa protocols and keep your treatment room clean, sanitized, stocked, and ready for each client. Care for equipment and use products mindfully. Get to know our services and retail products so you can recommend options that support each client's well-being. Answer questions and address concerns with kindness and professionalism. Complete opening, closing, and shift checklists, and help support scheduling needs. Support your teammates and bring a positive attitude to help keep our workplace welcoming and full of good vibes.
