$28-$60/hour + commission + tips Perks & Benefits Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance Employee discounts on services and products Ongoing wellness education and training Quiet, peaceful setting with thoughtfully curated amenities Safe, central location in Downtown Vacaville Family-owned and operated with a supportive team culture All products and equipment provided Learn from a team of seasoned therapists with over 100 years of combined experience In-house service trades are welcomed and encouraged—nurture your own wellness while supporting others Required Qualifications Valid CAMTC Massage Therapy License Strong customer service skills Proficiency in deep tissue massage A positive attitude and a willingness to learn Job Responsibilities Arrive at least 15 minutes before first appointment to prepare room and greet clients Provide massage services and enhancements (e.g., head massage, scrubs, aromatherapy, hot stone—training provided) Answer phones, return messages, and assist with appointment scheduling Maintain cleanliness of shared spaces with basic daily and weekly tasks Guide clients through our relaxation room experience, including massage chairs, oxygen machine, sound therapy, and hot tea service Practice basic safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a clean, safe environment Collaborate with team members and contribute to a supportive work culture Demonstrate problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic wellness setting If you're passionate about healing, community, and creating meaningful client experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
