We are looking for a therapist who doesn't just "provide a service," but who takes pride in mapping out a client's path to wellness. This is a Part-Time or Full-Time position, with the goal of turning new appointments into long-term, loyal clients.

Schedule & Availability Mandatory Weekends:

Saturday and Sunday availability is required. (mornings, afternoons or evenings).

Flexible Add-ons:

You have the option to expand your hours by adding Monday (any shift), Tuesday - Thursday (morning shift) or Friday (morning or evening shift)

Shift Length:

Choose your own 6-8 hour shifts. Requirements Active and up-to-date Massage Therapy License in the State of Colorado. Ability to adapt techniques to accommodate individual clinical and wellness needs. Strong commitment to ethical standards, punctuality, and client confidentiality. Positive attitude and professional communication skills. Completion of daily SOAP notes. Responsibility for room setup, breakdown, and sanitization. Ability to handle client check-ins/outs and process payments.

Perks & Compensation Competitive Pay:

$22-$38 per 60-minute session (based on knowledge, techniques and experience ) + tips. ( on Average earnings per hour are expected to be $44 - $65)

Commission:

30% commission on all add-ons (CBD, cupping, aromatherapy).

Growth Path:

For therapists demonstrating high rebooking rates and reliability, we offer opportunities for Advanced Certification sponsorship (such as Manual Lymph Drainage) and specialized pay rates.

Premium Equipment:

Work in a brand-new room featuring a hydraulic massage table , ergonomic stool, and custom cabinetry.

Environment:

Full kitchen/break room and a dedicated "Quiet Room" for when you need to decompress between sessions.

Supplies Provided:

We provide all linens and high-quality supplies—you just bring your expertise.

Work-Life Balance:

We are closed on Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve(half-day), Christmas Day, New Years Eve ( half-day) and January 1st.
