Current availability needed:
Thursday and Saturday Compensation Hourly or commission-based pay, whichever is greater 100% of gratuities are retained by the therapist Compensation structure is designed to ensure you receive the higher of the applicable hourly or commission rate Commission begins at 40% What You'll Do Provide personalized massage and wellness treatments based on each client's needs Create a welcoming, professional, and relaxing client experience Maintain a clean, organized, and peaceful treatment space Educate clients on self-care and wellness practices Recommend appropriate services or follow-up treatments when beneficial Work independently while being part of a supportive wellness collective What We're Looking For Current Colorado massage therapy license Experience with Ashiatsu preferred Additional certifications or experience in cupping, lymphatic drainage, sound healing, or other wellness modalities is a plus Strong knowledge of anatomy and massage techniques Warm, professional, and client-focused personality Reliable, self-motivated, and passionate about wellness Someone who values creating meaningful experiences for their clients Why Santi?
