Established Licensed Massage Therapist — Bring Your Existing Clientele | Flexible Schedule Alleviate Sports Massage - Boulder, CO Independent Contractor | Monday-Friday availability | Flexible schedule Alleviate Sports Massage is looking for an experienced, established Licensed Massage Therapist who already has an existing client base and would like a professional Boulder location to see and grow their clientele. This position is specifically intended for a therapist who already has clients they can bring into the practice. Alleviate is still growing, so this is not the right opportunity for someone who needs a full schedule of clients provided to them immediately. We are located inside of a wellness clinic with other licensed professionals that have their own space. In exchange for bringing your existing clientele to Alleviate, I am offering a highly competitive percentage of the service revenue you personally generate , with compensation negotiable based on your existing book of business and experience. What Alleviate Provides The infrastructure is already in place: Fully equipped professional massage treatment room Established Alleviate Sports Massage brand Professional website and online presence Online scheduling and appointment management Payment processing system Existing service menu and pricing structure Marketing and business infrastructure Professional Boulder location You focus on providing excellent massage therapy and maintaining/growing your clientele without having to take on the expense and work of setting up an entire practice from scratch. Schedule The treatment room is currently available Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM-5:00 PM . You create your own schedule within those available hours. There is no requirement to be present when you do not have appointments. This could work well for an established therapist who wants only one or two days per week initially, as well as someone interested in building a larger schedule. Who I'm Looking For The ideal therapist: Holds an active Colorado Massage Therapy license Already has an existing client base, even if it is relatively small Has clients who would realistically follow them to a Boulder location Is experienced, professional, reliable, and communicates well Is comfortable independently managing their schedule Wants to continue growing their clientele Is interested in earning significantly more per service than a traditional spa compensation structure may provide Sports massage, deep tissue, injury-focused bodywork, myofascial work, trigger point therapy, stretching, and similar therapeutic modalities are especially compatible with Alleviate's clientele. Compensation This is not a traditional low-percentage spa position . For clients you personally bring to Alleviate, I am willing to negotiate a high therapist percentage of collected service revenue , based on your experience and the clientele you bring into the practice. For example at 70%: 60-minute session ($115): $80.50 to therapist 90-minute session ($155): $108.50 to therapist Therapists retain 100% of their gratuities. And percentage is based on how many clients you bring in. Compensation for any clients generated directly by Alleviate can be discussed separately. Interested?
