Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, utilizing deep tissue, relaxation, and sports massage techniques. Maintain accurate client records and progress notes. Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ethics. Collaborate with our team to promote a welcoming and therapeutic environment.
Compensation Structure:
We will ideally start you at $50 per client hour, but it depends on experience. If you are new, but opt in to learn the techniques we teach you, you will be able to get to $50/hour very quickly as you will rapidly learn very valuable techniques that will quickly turn you into a highly effective massage therapist for the clients, and they will want to rebook with you frequently! We offer a competitive compensation structure ranging from $30 to $70 per hour, tailored to your experience and client engagement success. Your starting rate will reflect your current skill set and the corresponding client billing rate. Notably, therapists who excel in encouraging client rebooking's can anticipate beginning at the upper end of this pay scale.
Promotional Sessions:
To rapidly build your clientele , we collaborate with external promotional platforms that introduce a high volume of new clients. For these initial sessions, compensation is approximately $37 per client hour. This strategic approach ensures you can quickly establish many strong client relationships. Upon rebooking and referrals, these clients transition to the your standard rate, reflecting the value of your exceptional service.
Growth Potential:
As your client base expands and you continue to refine your skills, there are ample opportunities for pay increases, with rates progressing to $55, $60, $65, and beyond. Plus gratuity - and our clients are very generous, especially as you start to make a big difference in their quality of life!
Qualifications:
Current and valid massage therapy license in the state of Colorado. Proficiency in deep tissue, relaxation, and sports massage techniques. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Professional liability insurance.
